Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Growth Manager to lead and manage community-building initiatives for our US and Indian clients. The role involves driving outreach, acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across multiple professional networks while maintaining a scalable community database. This is a mid-level position requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Community Growth US Client

  • Identify and engage professionals through online outreach, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Organize virtual meetups, webinars, and onboarding sessions.
  • Maintain a segmented database of active and potential members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote opportunities and manage lead assignment.

B. Community Growth Indian Client

  • Build and nurture a community of qualified professionals (teachers, educators, etc.).
  • Drive outreach via WhatsApp, social media, and referral campaigns.
  • Coordinate onboarding calls, induction programs, and availability tracking.
  • Create engagement initiatives such as newsletters, spotlight interviews, and testimonials.

C. Common Responsibilities

  • Design and execute outreach campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, Email).
  • Create weekly performance reports and dashboards for community metrics.
  • Implement referral programs and engagement surveys.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure lead funnel tracking.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly community growth (US & India)
  • Engagement rate and participation metrics
  • Conversion rate from community to onboarding
  • CRM and database accuracy
  • Timely reporting and outreach performance

Tools & Platforms:

  • CRM: Zoho / Airtable / Notion
  • Communication: WhatsApp Business / Mailchimp / Google Meet / Zoom
  • Collaboration: Google Sheets / Canva / Trello
