Social Media Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The successful candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess exceptional creativity, and have a deep understanding of various social media platforms.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  1. Content Creation and Strategy (15%)

  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for social media platforms.

  3. Create compelling and shareable content, including posts, articles, graphics, videos, and multimedia aligned with the brand's identity.

  4. Audience Engagement (15%)

  5. Actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and conversations.

  6. Foster meaningful interactions, respond to inquiries promptly, and stimulate discussions around the brand.

  7. Social Media Management (15%)

  8. Oversee day-to-day activities on social media platforms.

  9. Post content, schedule updates, and utilize analytics to monitor and enhance overall performance.

  10. Follower Growth (15%)

  11. Implement organic and strategic strategies to increase followers.

  12. Utilize promotions, contests, and engagement tactics to attract and retain a growing audience.

  13. Brand Reputation and Crisis Management (10%)

  14. Monitor online sentiment and address negative comments or issues promptly.

  15. Implement strategies to maintain a positive brand image and handle crises effectively.

  16. Influencer Collaborations (5%)

  17. Identify and collaborate with influencers aligned with the brand.

  18. Negotiate partnerships and track the success of influencer collaborations.

  19. Competitive Analysis (5%)

  20. Monitor competitors' social media strategies and performance.

  21. Analyze competitor content, engagement strategies, and overall online presence.

  22. Lead Generation (20%)

  23. Implement lead generation campaigns and optimize landing pages.

  24. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive qualified leads through social media channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

  • Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
