Job Opening: PLM Consultant / PLM Architect

Location: PAN India (Remote / Hybrid / On-site based on project)

Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic PLM Consultant / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ARAS PLM and other major PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Enovia, Windchill, and more. You will be responsible for PLM system implementations, data migration, integrations, customizations, and driving PLM solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data migration and integration across ARAS PLM, Teamcenter, PDM2, and other PLM systems
  • Develop and customize PLM workflows, lifecycles, and permission models
  • Handle document management and content publishing using XML, CSS, and HTML
  • Work on data modelling and simulation for enterprise applications (e.g., Rules Engines, Tactic projects)
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for PLM deployments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business process mapping and PLM strategy design
  • Create SQL-based reports and enhance datasets using SSIS and Report Builder (RDL)
  • Participate in enterprise roadmap development, architecture planning, and cost evaluation (TCO)

  • Enterprise Roadmap, Strategy, TCO Evaluation
  • PLM Data Migration & Customization
  • SQL, SSIS, XML, RDL Report Development
  • Experience with AR/VR/MR in PLM is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders
