Job description

We are looking for a skilled Banquet Manager to join our team, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banquet management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of banquets, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote events.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and event quality.
  • Analyze event feedback and evaluate success metrics to improve future events.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene during events.
