Junior Yoga Trainer

Job Description:

●To assist the guest in healing physically, emotionally and psychologically by understanding guest's needs, medical history and provide best possible therapeutic yoga based upon the guest's body and emotional capability

●Daily check with the patient on the health condition with the physicians and be prepared to offer alternatives or offer changes based on the requirement of the day

●Conduct and lead yoga classes

●Visually assess guests to determine their level of practice.

●Assist guests to achieve precise alignment.

●Demonstrate practice and techniques.

●Possess the ability to move energy through the body.

●Transform energy during the warm-up, build-up and cool-down stages.

●Connect with guests during the yoga classes through fun, intelligent sequencing, Offer training

●Recommendations to improve the practice of yoga and to engage in administrative duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
