Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Solution Analyst
with a strong background in developing browser-based enterprise business products. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of developing frameworks, excellent design and analytical skills, and the ability to handle complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in SaaS upgrades as part of the Execution team.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Client Teams, On-site Project Teams, Product Development, and DBAs during execution.
  • Assist customers with technical tasks related to implementations, including hardware/software selection, sizing, deployment, and interface strategy.
  • Drive and manage data loading efforts—explain data formats, assist with mapping, analyze content, load data, and report errors.
  • Contribute to the development of automation frameworks and utilities for complex technical challenges.
  • Provide technical consultation and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Suggest and implement innovative technical solutions to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong experience in object-oriented design and programming.
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Core Java
    and
    J2EE
    .
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in
    server-side, real-time, transaction-based Java and Java/JDBC
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Oracle SQL
    and
    PL/SQL
    .
  • Experience with
    web-based technologies
    such as HTML and XML.
  • Exposure to
    Servlets
    ,
    Eclipse IDE
    , and
    version control systems
    preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines.
  • Strong adaptability to changing business requirements.
  • Excellent
    communication, documentation, and presentation skills
