Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) Monitor activities of assigned IT areas to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures including monthly, quarterly, and annual account and activity reviews Ensures execution of required testing and auditing activities for the Hybrid/Private Data Center compliance by internal and external parties leading to successful certification of the organization on an ongoing basis Triages Change Management process issues and provide recommendations Works collaboratively with Security Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to identify and manage privacy, data protection risks, and compliance requirements to help meet stakeholder expectations Makes broad recommendations on improving compliance related processes and/or procedures as it pertains to the Hybrid/Private Data Center Partners with RTX and MSP management and staff to implement solutions Identifies remediating controls and performance gaps compared to industry best practice to help gain stakeholder buy-in Assists in the identification and management of IT security risks by assessing the current state of the Private Data Center Prioritizes improvements and conduct compliance projects to reduce risk and improve regulatory compliance Coordinates and schedules required compliance training for employees who work with the Private Data Center team. Demonstrate (Key competencies) Experience in Information Technology or Information Security experience. Demonstrated success working with internal audit, external auditors, outside consultants, and legal affairs Ability to perform effectively in a global and matrix organization Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills A highly motivated person focusing on personal development, including strong organizational, generational, and national cultural awareness Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate compliance related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing credibility and relationships with senior leadership, colleagues, and clients Self-confidence, assertiveness, and commitment Educational Level Any full time Graduate/Diploma. BE/Btech/MCA Working Experience Must have: Experience in Information Technology or Information Security experience Working experience with internal audit, external auditors, outside consultants, and legal affairs Experience LevelMid Level
