Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Facilitate all agile ceremonies: daily stand ups, spring planning, backing refinement, reviews and retrospectives,
  • Coordinate and manage client leads and SME's
  • Act as a leader for development and QA team, ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Partner with cross functional team(banckend, FrontEnd, DevOps) to manage backlog, clarity, priorities and align on spring goals.
  • Monitor sprint health using key metrics: Velocity, Burn - down/Bum-up Charts, CFD.
  • Removes blockers and coach the team on continuous improvement.
  • champion a culture of automation, DevOps and agile quality practices.
  • Ensure alignment with CI/CD pipeline and testing automation objectives.
  • 10 years of experience in software development and testing project as a Scrum Lead or Master.
  • hands-On exposure to test automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline (Terraform, GitHub Actions, GCP devOps, ETC).
  • Strong experience in GitHub Board.
  • Excellent Facilitation, Coaching and communication skills.
  • 10 Years of over all experience with strong knowledge on GCP, GKE.
