Asst. Branch Manager

We are looking for a proactive and leadership-driven Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, manage the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in sales/operations, and the ability to achieve branch targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and overall branch management
- Supervise and guide the counseling, sales, and front-office teams
- Monitor daily walk-ins, lead flow, and follow-up activities
- Achieve monthly enrollment & revenue targets of the branch
- Handle escalations, student concerns, and service-related issues
- Track team performance and ensure timely reporting
- Maintain branch discipline, workflow, and documentation
- Coordinate with marketing, HR, and management for branch requirements
- Assist with planning and executing promotions, events, and outreach activities
- Ensure branch compliance with company policies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, operations, or team handling
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage a team and drive them towards targets
- Good understanding of counseling/sales processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education, training, or EdTech industry
- Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced environments
- Excellent people-management and motivational skills
