  • Plan, monitor & achieve monthly Production target
  • Achieve monthly Dispatch (Sale) Target
  • Monitor consumable consumption to control the cost.
  • Develop and implement schedules so that production targets & objectives are met
  • Ensure timely completion of production targets as per schedule
  • Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
  • Handle department with focus on optimum utilization of manpower and material.
  • Capable to manage 20 to 50+ headcounts of Fitters & Welders.
  • Should have knowledge of interpreting drawing / design documents.
  • Handle section operations with focus on optimum utilizations of manpower and material.
  • Monitor & maintain all quality norms.
  • Implement and enforce quality control standards to meet quality objectives.
  • Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
  • Plan and implement continuous approach to maintain low rejection level.
  • Achieve timely dispatch of orders as per the weekly / monthly plan and provide Zero Complaint services to all customers.
