Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day functional and production support for SAP Ariba Downstream processes (Requisition, PO, Invoicing, Receiving, Catalogs Management).
  • Manage and resolve integration issues between Ariba and SAP via CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
  • Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and defect resolution within SLAs.
  • Support Guided Buying configurations, catalogue enablement, and user adoption.
  • Work with business users to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate with SAP Basis, Integration, and technical teams for end-to-end issue handling.
  • Maintain configuration documentation, test scripts, and knowledge base for recurring issues.
  • Support minor enhancements, Ariba releases, and regression testing.
  • working with Ariba support for critical issue escalation and solution tracking.
  • Assist with supplier enablement, master data consistency, and transactional alignment between Ariba and SAP.
