About the Role:
Saraswati Group of Colleges, Mohali, invites applications for the position of Professor – Pharmacy. We are seeking a passionate academician and researcher with a proven track record in pharmaceutical education, research, and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead academic delivery, curriculum planning, and quality assurance in line with PCI guidelines.
- Mentor faculty and students in research, publications, and innovative teaching practices.
- Guide postgraduate and doctoral research projects.
- Coordinate with IQAC, R&D, and Examination departments for academic excellence.
- Contribute to institutional growth through consultancy, collaborations, and industry partnerships.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy with a first-class degree at B.Pharm or M.Pharm level (mandatory).
Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, out of which at least 5 years must be as an Associate Professor.
- Proven research record with publications in reputed journals and involvement in funded projects preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
- PCI registration and compliance required.
