Job Description:

Revenue Accounting

  • Work closely with the Legal and Business teams during finalization of customer contracts.
  • Pre-audit of billing data submitted by the Business team for completeness, accuracy and in accordance with the contractual terms.
  • Issuance of invoices in accordance with the customer contracts and accounting thereof
  • Managing collection from the customers and accounting thereof.
  • Preparation of various revenue & debtor-related reports.
  • Providing documentation and explanations during statutory and tax audits. 

Banking

  • Cash flow management
  • Liaison with bankers in connection with:
  • inward and outward remittances
  • forward contracts
  • issuance of bank guarantee/letter of credit
  • Vendor/supplier payments in terms of the agreed terms
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation statements

Educational / Professional Qualifications:

  • Only looking for a Semi Qualified CA not planning for CA Finals or further studies. 
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience

Additional Skills - Mandatory    

  • Filing of Income Tax Returns and Tax Audit Reports.
  • Preparation of MIS, GST, and Income tax returns.
  • Preparation of Cash flow & Fund flow statements.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements.
  • Good knowledge of Advanced Excel.
