  1. Drafting & execution of various documents / contracts / Agreements.

Legal due diligence in respect of properties / lands / projects / Societies & its members.

  1. Structuring, negotiating, drafting and review of agreements, correspondence and documentation not limited to Term Sheets.

Memorandum of Understanding, Society notice / agenda / resolutions / Individual consents, Temporary and Permanent Alternate Accommodation, MOFA Agreements, Customer documents, Society conveyances.

  1. Proficiency in reading and interpreting the documents of Marathi language.

  2. Assists business development team in finalizing the deal for the execution. Maintains comprehensive documentation of land records and related transactions Deal related agreements

  3. Coordinates with external legal firm for drafting of various legal documents like: Development Agreement, Personal, Term sheet, General Power of Attorney (GPA), Affidavits, Indemnity, Bank Guarantees, Share Purchase certificate, Service/Sales agreements etc.

  4. Coordinates with and provides inputs to external legal consultants/lawyers to get a draft Apartment buyer agreement, possession time, schedule of payments, delay of possession etc

Checks and verifies each clause of the drafted agreement.

  1. Complete registration process of the society/association/ drafting the conveyance /Sales deeds/Lease deeds. Interact with the Society/Association for finalization of respective deeds.

  2. Generate a knowledge repository for updates on laws, regulations, ordinances, by- laws relating to real estate industry and make the same available to the team

Job Type: Full-time
