Job Description
Partner with senior leadership and HR to understand current and future executive talent needs.

Manage end-to-end executive recruitment for roles such as C-suite, SVP, VP, Director level.

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including headhunting and talent mapping.

Identify and engage passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, databases, and networks

Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and report key hiring metrics.

Conduct competency-based interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
