Requirements Integration & Development
  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable data integration architectures and ETL processes.
  • Build and maintain APIs, web services, and data pipelines to ensure seamless system interoperability.
  • Write, tune, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation scripts.
  • Develop solutions across multiple technologies and frameworks, including C#, Python, React, and TypeScript.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance integration performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Maintain code quality, security standards, and best development practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and implementation teams to deliver integrated data solutions.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integration processes and system architectures.
Customer Implementation & Data Solutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for customer integrations and data migrations.
  • Lead new customer data integration projects from design to deployment, partnering with Customer Success and Project Management teams.
  • Translate business requirements and customer needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Identify and address customer pain points through scalable, automated, and data-driven solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, communicate progress proactively, and resolve technical challenges to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements & Preferred Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in systems integration, data engineering, or software development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL preferred) and data modeling.
  • Proven experience in C# and Python software development.
  • Expertise in API development and integration using REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data transformation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines (Git preferred).
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, including SOA, event-driven architectures, and XML/JSON schemas.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
