We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team at Olive Builders & Developers. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our real estate projects, and generating quality leads. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Explain project details and company offerings clearly and professionally.
  • Follow up with interested customers to ensure conversion.
  • Maintain proper records of calls and customer responses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling/telemarketing experience (real estate preferred).
  • Good communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM/Excel.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
