Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Lateral & Leadership Hiring)

Location: Borivali, Mumbai | Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Only

Schedule: Monday - Friday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | 1st & 3rd Saturday Working (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the recruitment lifecycle for lateral and leadership positions across both IT and Non-IT domains. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Utilize various channels (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Referrals, Database) to source top-tier passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules efficiently.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate data and generate recruitment MIS using advanced Excel.
