As a Lubricant/Metalworking Fluid Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our extensive line of lubricants and metalworking fluids to industrial clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Position Overview:
As a Tele Sales Caller handling IndiaMART calls, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in products or services listed on IndiaMART. Your primary goal will be to convert these inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of the products or services offered by our company.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.
- Respond to inbound customer queries effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication.
- Record call outcomes and update customer information in the CRM.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management
Required Skills
- Communication Proficiency:
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal and written).
- Excellent listening and soft skills for effective persuasion and conflict resolution.
- Soft Skills:
- Polite and professional phone etiquette.
- Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Basic computer literacy (for CRM software and data entry).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in tele calling, tele sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Enthusiastic and goal-driven personality.
