Your Role

Your Profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

1015 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership

Proven expertise in strategic planning, technical decision-making, and team management

Strong background in software architecture, agile delivery, and DevOps practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud-native architectures and enterprise-scale systems

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and modern development frameworks

Knowledge of scaling engineering teams and change management
