Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer Intern with knowledge of Spring Boot and to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in developing robust, scalable and high-performance applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.

Build and consume RESTful APIs to power front-end applications and microservices.

Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Manage and optimize database schemas and queries within a MySQL environment.

Collaborate with designers, and other developers to define feature specifications and technical requirements.

Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to ensure performance and reliability.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Java: Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming.

Back-End: Extensive experience with the Spring framework, particularly Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.

Front-End: Proven experience with , including component-based architecture, state management (e.g., Hooks, Context API), and routing.

Database: Solid understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience with MySQL.

APIs: Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

Web Fundamentals: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and a collaborative workflow.

Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Jest).

Knowledge & Understanding of Blockchain is would be an added advantage.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
