1. Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and craft campaigns tailored to specific customer personas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

2. Content Creation and Management

  • Create, curate, and manage content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure high-quality output.
  • Oversee the development of SEO-friendly content to improve organic search rankings.

3. Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) and optimize campaigns for better reach and performance.
  • Respond to customer queries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.

4. SEO and SEM

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.

5. Email Marketing

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

6. Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to track website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Use data to adjust strategies for improved results.

7. Budget Management

  • Allocate and manage budgets for digital campaigns.
  • Monitor spending to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.

8. Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, design, and product teams) to align marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers.

9. Technology and Tools

  • Stay proficient in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, and CRM platforms.
  • Experiment with new tools and technologies to improve efficiency.

10. Compliance and Best Practices

  • Ensure campaigns comply with legal regulations, such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, or other regional laws.
  • Maintain ethical standards in all marketing activities.
