Job Summary

Connecting Dots ERP is hiring an experienced SAP MM Trainer for classroom-based sessions in Pune. The role involves delivering structured and practical SAP MM training, helping learners develop strong conceptual knowledge and real-world implementation skills.

This is a freelance, flexible opportunity ideal for professionals passionate about teaching and mentoring in SAP MM.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct offline SAP MM training sessions (3–4 classes per week).
  • Teach SAP MM fundamentals, configuration, and real-time business processes.
  • Prepare course material, exercises, and assignments.
  • Provide feedback, resolve queries, and support learners throughout the training.
  • Customize training delivery based on participant skill levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3–18 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM (Procurement & Inventory Management).
  • Strong understanding of SAP MM configuration and integration with other modules.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior training or teaching experience preferred.

Schedule

  • Mode: In-person (Pune, Maharashtra)
  • Classes: 3–4 sessions per week
  • Duration: 1.5 hours per session
  • Timing: Flexible
  • Weekend sessions: As required
