  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (monthly/weekly as applicable).
  • Verify attendance, overtime, leave data, and other inputs before payroll finalization.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and preparation of payroll reports.
  • Handle statutory compliance related to payroll PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS), and Gratuity.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and journal entries.
  • Manage employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/payroll software.
  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll.
  • Prepare MIS and analytical reports (CTC analysis, overtime, manpower cost, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
