Radar Systems Engineer

Your Role

  • Technical Expert for Radar Systems and their Automotive Applications
  • Requirements Analysis and System Specification development for FMCW Radars (especially at 77GHz) in collaboration with different customers
  • MMIC testing, characterization and failure analysis
  • Algorithm and Software Development in the field of Radar Signal Processing
  • Support Radar measurements in Laboratory and Test Vehicles
  • Interact with different competencies internally in the Global organization
  • Occasional participation in Customer Test Drives

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • A graduate in BE/B.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation, Robotics) with 4–8 years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years in Functional Safety with hands-on SW development, Safety Analysis, and Tool Qualification
  • #EXP[4-8]
  • Exposure to Radar testing in laboratory and data analysis
  • Very good knowledge in Matlab- and C-programming
  • Very good English language skills
  • Strong team and customer orientation and a high degree of flexibility, dedication and initiative
  • Experience with Automotive standards and processes desirable
  • Experience in direct customer interaction desirable
  • Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE)
