Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Assess client requirements/business challenges and identify potential solutions using Fintech technologies like digital payments, lending platforms, robo-advisors, Digital Wallets, Open Banking, DeFi blockchain, AI and RPA etc
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial products and services (banking, Wealth Management, insurance), including regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of financial market dynamics and trends.
  • Familiarity with various technology platforms and frameworks relevant to Fintech development (e.g., cloud computing, APIs, data analytics, blockchain).
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and project management practices.
  • Depending on the client needs, the Fintech SME might also be involved in solution development, integration, or quality assurance activities related to Fintech projects

Industry Experience:

  • Proven track record in the Fintech industry, in US and Europe Markets ideally with experience in consulting roles within financial institutions.
