Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing customers to explain the treatment package plans
Explain the benefits, inclusions along with the Terms and conditions
Address customer concerns and retain
Cross sell health checkup packages
Coordinate with internal teams
Ensure correct capture of customer consent and details on system
Follow up with customers
Share payment links and guide customers through online/offline payment processes
Meet sales targets, call quality and TAT benchmarks
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retentions/ TPA
- Skills:
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
Comfortable with targets and outbound calling
Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Excel)
