Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Daymart Group – Corporate Office, Nadakkavu, Calicut

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Digital Marketing role Specialist/Manager

Job Summary

Daymart Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Strategy Development, and Campaign Execution. The ideal candidate will drive our digital presence, strengthen brand visibility, and lead marketing initiatives across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead digital marketing strategies to support business goals.
  • Plan, create, and execute performance-driven digital campaigns across social media, Google, and other platforms.
  • Oversee content creation including social media posts, ad creatives, reels, product content, and promotional materials.
  • Manage digital marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign performance reports.
  • Analyze digital trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Improve brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition through online channels.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for better reach and ROI.
  • Support occasional offline marketing activities when required.
  • Collaborate with store teams for digital coverage of events, launches, and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or as a marketing Specialist/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in content creation, digital strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with content tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Ability to analyze metrics, create reports, and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to travel for content shoots, store visits, and marketing activities when needed.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in FMCG/Retail/Hypermarket industry.
  • Knowledge in SEO, paid ads, or influencer marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA (Marketing specialization preferred but NOT mandatory).
