Job Title: Commi
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stock levels for food items and ensure timely replenishment.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment regularly.
- Prepare food in accordance with SOPs, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor and manage food costs and minimize wastage.
- Handle food items and stock efficiently during peak periods.
- Ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Present food attractively according to presentation standards.
- Collect and consider customer feedback to improve food quality.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments for smooth kitchen operations.
Education:
- UG: Any Graduate
- BHMCT (Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology)
- BHM (Bachelor in Hotel Management)
- B.A. in Hotel Management
- Diploma in Hotel Management
