We are seeking a motivated IT Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience to coordinate and manage IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into project plans.
  • Coordinate tasks between development, infrastructure, QA, and support teams.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks or blockers.
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to management.
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, methodologies (like Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).
  • Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT project management or coordination role.
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
