Coding Analyst

Job Description:
The Coding Analyst is responsible for creating a code list from gathered verbatim responses, categorizing survey responses, and assigning appropriate codes.
Required skills & responsibilities:
- 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Coding Analyst is a multifaceted role, encompassing the creation of a code list derived from collected verbatim responses, the categorization of survey responses, and the assignment of suitable codes.
- Must have experience working with Ascribe and Codeit tools.
- Tasked with choosing actions, resolving moderately complex procedural issues, often requiring investigation and data gathering.
- Ability to support seniors in medium complex jobs and work on multiple coding tools.
- Need to involve with the client in each step from kick of call till the project delivery.
- Quality checks for the juniors, giving constructive feedback to the juniors to build successful career.
- Performing tasks like Loading data, matching counts, generating outputs, by adhering to the standards of coding process.

- Gradually, need to pick up speed to deliver the projects as per the timelines promised.
