We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interior Design Executive to manage the on-site execution and coordination of our interior design projects. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless project delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Site Visit and Monitoring: Regularly visit project sites to oversee the progress of work, ensure adherence to design specifications, and maintain quality control throughout all phases of execution.
  • Work Progress Monitoring: Track project timelines, identify potential delays, and proactively take corrective action to keep the project on schedule.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations professionally and courteously.
  • Measurement Validation: Conduct precise on-site measurements and verify them against design plans to ensure accuracy before and during material procurement and installation.
  • Design Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to interpret blueprints, clarify design details, and communicate on-site challenges and feedback.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any on-site issues, challenges, or conflicts that arise, including unexpected material availability, labor issues, or technical complications.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and effectively manage relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being an effective and collaborative team player.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
