About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Data Analyst
to help transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves collecting, processing, and interpreting complex datasets, creating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and clear communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support decision-making by providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
• Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data models and analytical tools.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and techniques in data analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present complex data clearly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
