Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information. This role is crucial for supporting various administrative functions and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Duties

  • Input and update data into databases and ERP systems with precision and speed.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including typing, transcription, and order entry.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain data files while ensuring proper filing systems are in place.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and perform basic math calculations as needed.
  • Assist in clerical tasks such as document preparation, data collection, and general office support.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and data requests.

Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills with a strong emphasis on data entry and typing accuracy.
  • Experience with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with clerical duties.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of information effectively.
  • Basic math skills to assist in data-related tasks.
