About the Role

We are looking for Frontend Engineers and Backend Engineers to join our growing engineering team.

As part of TenseAI's product development team, you'll work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to build intuitive interfaces and scalable backend systems that bring AI automation to life.

You'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, influence product direction, and contribute to an evolving platform built for the future of AI-powered business operations.

**Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities:**

Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web interfaces using React and

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver user-centric solutions.

Optimize application performance and ensure compatibility across devices and browsers.

Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.

Your Core Skills:

Strong proficiency in React, , Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, state management, and frontend performance optimization.

Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative workflows.

An eye for design detail and a focus on user experience.

**Backend Engineer

Responsibilities:**

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend architectures and REST APIs.

Integrate AI models, data pipelines, and third-party APIs into the product ecosystem.

Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure data integrity, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with the frontend team to enable smooth API integrations and system performance.

Participate in system design discussions and technical planning.

Your Core Skills:

Strong experience in or Python for backend development.

Proficiency in database design, API development, and server-side logic.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) and DevOps workflows.

Good understanding of security, authentication, and performance optimization.
