Salary - 8,000/- -12,000/- per month

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Provide L1 support for Desktop, Laptop, LAN Network and Connectivity Problems within premises.
• OS level support for Windows 10 installation and configuration
• Microsoft Outlook configuration and backup
• Internet browser issue troubleshooting Installation of Antivirus, patches, Acrobat, WinRAR, License software etc
• Printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Data backup and transfer in system
• Basic troubleshooting of network connection
• Computer Network and management (LAN & WAN)
• Troubleshooting in the Local Area Network (LAN).
• Basic experience on VOIP phones

Criteria: -

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Must be Graduate or diploma holder & good in communication.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience
• Must be able to work from the office and work in rotational shifts.
• Quick in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent OS skills and experience in troubleshooting browser-based web applications.
• Ability to multitask with problem-solving skills.
