Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the branch, overseeing the sales and customer service teams, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and achieving business targets. They will handle the branch's portfolio of products and services, including loans and savings accounts, while maintaining customer relationships and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
• Experience in sales and marketing within the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role is preferred
