Job Title: New Product Launch

Location: Mumbai

Department: Demand & Supply

Reports To: AGM - Demand & Supply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all matters related to new products launches.

  • Facilitate regular meetings, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, timelines and management expectations.

  • Address and resolve any issues or risks that arise during the due diligence, including technical, operational, or regulatory concerns.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies.

  • Lead and support the planning, scheduling and execution of new launches within defined timelines and budget.

  • Manage supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packing materials & change parts etc.

  • Assist internal stakeholders in the GAP analysis, CCP and technical feasibility for launches.

  • Ensure all relevant documentation, data and regulatory requirements are met throughout the new launch process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors / master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences; along with MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, product launches, project management or related roles, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and handling complex projects.

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product lifecycle, Project management, regulatory requirements, and market access strategies.

  • Proficiency in commercial tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, data analytics platforms).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
