We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Assistant Manager to join our Business Intelligence team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the evaluation and analysis of company-wide decision-making processes, as well as assess the performance of both past and ongoing key projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Business Analytics Manager, you will collaborate closely with the senior management team to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic outcomes.
What you will do:- Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage advanced analytics techniques to analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Presentation & Communication: Distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for Lalamoves senior stakeholders. Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to the C-level executives.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle urgent, dynamic analytics requests from senior management with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in business analytics, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
- Expertise in handling large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and advanced proficiency in analytical tools like Excel or equivalent platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights in a simple, impactful manner.
- High level of maturity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity.
