Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with strong hands-on experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and Source-to-Target (ST) mapping. The ideal candidate will design scalable data models, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Perform Source-to-Target (ST) mapping for data consolidation, transformation, and integration.
  • Conduct data profiling to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into data models.
  • Work closely with ETL/ELT teams to provide data mapping and modeling guidance.
  • Document metadata, data lineage, transformation rules, and data flow structures.
  • Support data warehousing initiatives and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Technical Skills Required

  • 6–7 years of experience in data modeling, data warehousing, or data architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Source-to-Target mapping (ST mapping) and data profiling.
  • Strong SQL skills with good understanding of relational and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake / AWS / Azure / GCP) is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
