Role Overview

We are looking for an
Electrical LProject Manager
who will act as the key point of contact between Hydra Charging and
TNEB (Tamil Nadu Electricity Board)
. The ideal candidate will oversee all electrical works at our charging sites, ensure compliance with EB norms, and manage the approval and energisation process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with
    TNEB officials (AD, AE, etc.)
    to obtain load approvals, connections, and site energisation.
  • Supervise on-site
    electrical installations
    and ensure safety and quality compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation required for EB liaisoning and approvals.
  • Work closely with contractors and project teams to ensure timely completion of EB-related works.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical or EB-related issues at charging sites.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in
Electrical Engineering
.

Possession of a valid
C-License
(mandatory).

Strong knowledge of
TNEB processes, approvals, and documentation
.

Field experience in
industrial or infrastructure electrical projects
preferred.

Excellent communication and liaison skills with government departments.

Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu for site coordination.
