We are looking for a skilled SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy. You will be responsible for increasing our website traffic, improving search rankings, and enhancing online visibility. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a proven track record in SEO performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify high-value opportunities for content optimisation.
  • Optimize website structure, on-page content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
  • Manage technical SEO audits, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and indexation.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
  • Develop strategies for link building, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
  • Track competitor SEO activities and recommend actionable strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role (3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as related to SEO.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹100,000.00 per month
