Job Title : Senior Sailthru Technical Consultant

Mode : Remote

Job Summary :

The Senior Sailthru Consultant leads the end-to-end deployment and optimization of the Sailthru platform for enterprise clients. With 5 years of specialized experience, you will design complex lifecycle marketing strategies, manage technical integrations (APIs/Webhooks), and mentor junior consultants to drive long-term client retention and platform maturity.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Advisory : Lead discovery workshops to align Sailthru capabilities with client business objectives, creating repeatable frameworks for omnichannel campaign execution.

Implementation Leadership : Manage the full implementation lifecycle from initial scope and requirement gathering to go- live for multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.

Technical Configuration : Configure advanced platform features, including custom data fields, user roles, and complex automated workflows.

Integration & Data Management : Oversee technical integrations using APIs and webhooks; manage data migration from legacy systems while ensuring data integrity. Performance Optimization: Conduct "health checks & quot; and audits to identify remediation plans that improve platform adoption and campaign performance.

Mentorship : Provide guidance and technical oversight to junior consultants, ensuring best practices in solution design and client communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years of experience in marketing automation consulting, specifically with Sailthru (Marigold Engage) or similar enterprise ESPs.

Technical Proficiency :

  • Strong understanding of APIs (REST) and Webhooks for custom integrations.

  • Advanced data skills, including SQL for querying and basic JavaScript/Python for complex configurations.

  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration principles.

Soft Skills :

Strategic Problem-Solving : Ability to break down abstract business problems into structured technical solutions.

Stakeholder Management : Experience managing executive- level relationships and driving "buy-in" for new initiatives.

Adaptability : Proven ability to pivot strategies in response to shifting 2026 market trends, such as AI-driven predictive modeling.

Education : Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or Computer Science; an MBA or advanced certifications (PMP) are preferred
