Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager Intern to join our marketing team. This internship is ideal for freshers who have completed a course related to digital marketing or social media management and are eager to build hands-on experience.

The candidate will assist in managing social platforms, creating content plans, analyzing performance, and contributing to brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content in coordination with the design and content teams.
  • Monitor daily social media activity, trends, and audience engagement.
  • Generate ideas for creative campaigns, reels, and brand-building content.
  • Support in creating monthly content calendars.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare basic social media reports.
  • Ensure brand tone, style, and consistency across all social channels.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
  • Creativity in content ideas and visual communication.
  • Understanding of social media marketing fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

  • Completion of a Digital Marketing / Social Media / Communication / Multimedia course (mandatory)
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
