We are seeking a
Senior Business Analyst
with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to drive strategic business initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to gather requirements, define processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their goals, processes, and challenges.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams.
  • Conduct gap analyses and propose data-driven solutions for process improvements.
  • Lead workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather information.
  • Create and maintain detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, QA, and operations.
  • Support project management and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Assist in UAT planning and execution, including test case creation and issue tracking.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and data analysis.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Domain knowledge in [e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Technology etc.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
