Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer
with 3–4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to transform complex requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product design.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or After effects.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Translate business and user needs into intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of proven UI/UX design experience.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability studies, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design skills and problem-solving approach.
