Key Responsibilities  Maintain RHEL Server environments and Openshift clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.  Configure and manage RHEL and Kubernetes Cluster in Openshift environment, optimizing resource utilization and performance.  Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RHEL applications and infrastructure.  Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures related to RHEL and Openshift deployments.  Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in bringing innovative solutions to the team.  Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automating applicationdeployment and updates  Ability to handle L3 operations and escalations. Technical Skills:
 Hands on experience on RHEL (Redhat Enterprise Linux).  Proven experience as an RedHat certified Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record in managing and troubleshooting RHEL environments.  Deep understanding of RHEL basics and Openshift architecture including deployment strategies and administration.  Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, networking, and security principles.  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.  Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless teamwork and knowledge sharing.  Relevant certifications in Redhat are added advantage.
Qualification Required  Bachelor's degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.  Red Hat certification (RHCE) preferred, demonstrating your mastery of Red Hat technologies and solutions.
