Your Impact

As a driving force on our finance team and behind our sales and revenue strategic finance workstreams, you'll leverage your keen eye for data and analysis to power strategic decisions at the highest levels. You'll uncover meaningful insights from customer behavior, revenue patterns, and sales performance trends, equipping leadership with the confidence to amplify results. By helping design and executing optimized commission structures that motivate our sales teams, you'll directly influence the growth engine and operations of our business. Your insights and dynamic financial models will not only clarify complex trends, but will also guide leadership toward winning strategies and game-changing outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Champion revenue and customer analytics—turn data into strategic insights that empower senior leadership to make bold, high-impact decisions.
  • Shape the future of our incentive strategies: design and refine commission plans, develop dynamic financial models, and reimagine variable pay structures for our quota-carrying sales force.
  • Own the commission cycle from start to finish—deliver accurate, timely statements, tackle complex commission-related challenges, and partner with Sales and Operations to ensure everyone's moving forward together.
  • Transform numbers into narratives—create compelling sales performance reports that spotlight critical KPIs, uncover emerging trends, and spark meaningful action.
  • Enhance business intelligence with versatile financial modeling—simulate business outcome, project forward-looking revenue streams, and conduct decision driving sensitivity analyses.
  • Immerse yourself in big-picture data initiatives—dive into hidden insights, produce polished, data-driven reports, and inspire continuous improvement across the entire organization.
Who You Are
  • ‍Bachelor's degree or higher; finance, accounting  or quantitative focus a plus 
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills 
  • Experience with scenario and integrated financial modeling 
  • Multi-tasker with strong project management skills 
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting 
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Presentation and story telling skills - ability to convert numbers and analysis into executive level messaging 
  • Ability to problem solve and contribute to process improvement efforts
  • Self starter with "Can-do" attitude and strong connection to team success
