Role & responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SEO Manager who can drive organic growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. This role requires a mix of technical SEO expertise, strategic content marketing, and leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals, target audience, and brand identity.

  • Fully own and execute on-page & off-page SEO strategies that drive measurable traffic, rankings, and conversions.

  • Develop, track, and monitor SEO KPIs in alignment with business objectives.

  • Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and build a strong SEO/content marketing team to achieve goals efficiently.

  • Foster a results-driven culture, ensuring accountability and performance.

  • Content Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through impactful content initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, video, social media) to create high-quality, multimedia-rich assets.
  • Publish engaging, SEO-friendly content across blogs, website, social media, and newsletters.

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and tone.

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing organic market research and audience analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.

  • Perform competitor analysis to uncover gaps and develop strategies to outperform.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategy and execution.

  • Maintain and optimize CMS (WordPress) ensuring content repositories are structured and accessible.

  • Industry Awareness

  • Stay up to date with SEO best practices, algorithm changes, content trends, and emerging technologies (AEO, GEO, LLM visibility).

Key Skills & Tools

  • Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO, LLM Visibility.
  • Hands-on experience with Screaming Frog, WordPress CMS, Google Analytics, Ahrefs.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in SEO/content performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
