Job Summary

Aarohi Control System is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The role requires hands-on experience in bookkeeping, taxation, and coordination with auditors and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Journal, Cash, Bank)
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Handle GST compliance:
  • GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation
  • GST payments and returns
  • Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Handle vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
  • Manage invoicing, credit notes, debit notes
  • Assist in finalization of accounts and audit support
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial controls
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Coordinate with CA, auditors, and tax consultants
  • Support management with MIS reports and cost analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com mandatory)
  • M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • GST, TDS, Income Tax basics
  • Accounting principles and compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting software:
  • Tally / ERP / Accounting systems
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
